POLE BARNS

Our pole barns are built for strength and ease of installations. We combine wood and steel to create an economical and useful solution for your storage needs. Pole barn trusses are used in a barn structure, usually for an agricultural purpose, or for a home storage and/or workshop building. Normally, they have a metal roofing system supported by purlins between trusses, instead of plywood and shingles, like residential construction.

STEEL TUBE BUILDINGS

Our steel tubed framed buildings are built with 2x3 single or double tubing. Perfect for shops, garages, or residential. We combine steel post with purlins giving you a structure to last for centuries. K&G Metals can customize these frames to meet all your needs.

PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS

Whether you need a steel building for a commercial office building, strip mall, retail space, store front, metal warehouse space or residential needs, we have the right building system for you. K&G Metals can custom design a pre-engineered metal building for virtually any application.

CHOOSE YOUR INSULATION

REFLECTIVE INSULATION

Astro-Armour is our latest reflective insulation product to advance the technology for reflective materials by incorporating a high-density foam and UV inhibitors within an effective reflective material. Astro-Armour reflective insulation rolls can keep 95 percent of radiant heat out of commercial and farm buildings of all kinds- whether metal or post-frame. Reducing heat-transfer results in more comfortable interior spaces and reduced energy costs.

Astro-Armour is the perfect insulation for animal confinement buildings as well, preventing indoor ambient air temperatures from raising above outdoor ambient temperatures.  On top of great performance, this new material provides a white surface that can be cleaned to maintain a pleasing interior visual, and it boasts superior strength. It won't rip or tear like other materials and will hold up against pesky animal nesters. Astro-Armour will also mitigate condensation issues when properly installed.

FIBERGLASS BATT INSULATION

Fiberglass batt insulation provides a number of benefits over other insulation types, including the ability to be used in any climate zone, a low cost, an easy installation process, and the ability to be in all construction types.

USED IN ALL CLIMATE ZONES

No matter what climate zone your project is in, fiberglass batt insulation is a great product for you. R-values for fiberglass batt insulation typically range from R-8 to R-49.

COST-EFFECTIVE

Fiberglass batt insulation is known among contractors as a cost-effective insulation solution to help keep overall project costs low and manageable. Whether you need to insulate floors and attics or add an acoustical barrier between walls, your top budget-friendly choice for insulation is fiberglass batt insulation.

USED IN ALL CONSTRUCTION TYPES

Fiberglass batt insulation is a great choice for any construction type, including both residential and commercial. Whether you need it for soundproofing a room in a home or business or as a thermal barrier in an attic or ceiling, fiberglass batt insulation is available at a Service Partners branch near you.

CLOSED CELL SPRAY FOAM

Closed cell spray foam offers simple full-coverage insulation in various areas, including hard-to-reach spaces or irregular gaps in insulation. This high-density spray foam has a higher thermal insulation capacity (R-value) up to 7.5 per inch, providing greater racking strength, and air and moisture resistance. This denser spray foam insulation has slightly less expansion after application, making it ideal for small spaces. Closed cell spray foam may be applied in layers to achieve higher R-value and full gap coverage.

ADDED STRENGTH TO CONSTRUCTION

Closed cell spray foam insulation is a durable insulation solution that also offers structural benefits in constructions of all types. Foam has the ability to conform and fill any shape, adding structural integrity. This is highly desirable by contractors for many projects.Closed cell spray foam offers simple full-coverage insulation in various areas, including hard-to-reach spaces or irregular gaps in insulation.
