Our interior was designed by us to fit our needs. We wanted an open kitchen and living room with a loft above our bedrooms.

Loft

We have 12' wall height on our home with an 8:12 pitch. This allowed us to have a HUGE loft. We used 2x12 floor joists with 3/4" Tongue and groove decking.
